ST. THOMAS CATHEDRAL, KALYAN WEST
Bishop Mar Thomas Elavanal laid the foundation stone for the Cathedral and Pilgrim Centre on 30th March, 2008. The construction of the Cathedral commenced on 19th January, 2009. The long-cherished dream of parishioners and the diocese soon materialised and the magnificent church was consecrated and declared as a Cathedral on 21st November, 2010. The Cathedral was declared as the Forane church of Kalyan Forane on 29th April 2015.
